Softscape projects like premium mulch, decorative rock, or agronomic sod installation are often expertly completed in 1–2 days. Heavy structural hardscape projects, such as paver patios or massive boulder walls, typically take 3–7 days depending on the structural scope and weather conditions.

Absolutely. Protecting the Lake Minnetonka area's aquatic ecosystems is a fundamental pillar of our agronomic programs. We exclusively deploy zero-phosphorus, lake-safe fertilizers and rigorously adhere to all Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) and DNR environmental buffer zones. This keeps turf healthy while helping prevent nutrient runoff into Lake Minnetonka and surrounding waterways.

Most standard patios do not require permits. However, taller retaining walls generally require engineered plans and city approval. We handle the permit application process for our clients.
