The program
FreshWater Landscaping sends text messages relating to appointment scheduling, service updates, and follow-up about your service request. For example: a reply after you called us and we couldn't answer, a booking confirmation, an appointment reminder, or a request for a review after a completed job.
How you opt in
- By calling us. If you call FreshWater Landscaping and we can't answer, you may receive a text reply to that call, sent to the number you called from.
- By web form. When you enter your phone number on our estimate request form, a disclosure at that field explains that you agree to receive transactional text messages from Freshwater Landscaping LLC. A separate, unchecked box on the same form lets you also opt in to marketing text messages. Neither is a condition of submitting the form or of purchasing any service.
Frequency, rates, and how to stop
- Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Opt-outs are honored immediately, automatically, and permanently.
- Reply STOP MKT to opt out of marketing text messages only, while continuing to receive messages about your service request.

All automated sequences stop as soon as you reply, so a person can take over the conversation.
