1. Who we are

Freshwater Landscaping LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides landscaping, hardscape construction, lawn care, tree care, excavation, and snow removal services in the Lake Minnetonka area, operating from 3425 Shoreline Dr Ste B, Wayzata, MN 55391.

2. What information we collect

Information you give us directly. Your name, phone number, email address, service address, and anything else you include when you submit our estimate request form, call us, text us, or email us.
Communication and job records. When you contact us we keep records of calls, voicemails, text messages, appointments, quotes, and invoices in order to schedule and deliver your service.
Messages sent through social media. If you message us through our Facebook page, that message is delivered and stored by Meta under its own terms, and we see it there.
Basic technical information. Our hosting provider logs standard web server information such as IP address and browser type.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payment is handled through our scheduling and invoicing provider.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your request, prepare a quote, and schedule work at your property.
To send appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and follow-up after a completed job.
To invoice you and keep business records.
To maintain and secure our systems, and to understand how our website is performing.
To meet legal obligations, including telecommunications compliance rules.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our hosting provider logs standard web server information such as IP address and browser type. We also use analytics and advertising conversion tools, including Google and Meta products, which may set cookies to measure website performance and ad effectiveness.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Some browsers offer a Do-Not-Track signal; because there is still no agreed standard for how sites should respond to it, we do not currently respond to those signals.

5. Text messaging opt-in data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. When we share information

We share information only with the service providers we need in order to operate: our scheduling, quoting, and invoicing platform; our phone and text messaging platform; our website host; and our telephone and messaging carriers. We also share information where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

7. How long we keep information

We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Records we no longer need are deleted.

8. Your choices and how to reach us

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@freshwaterlandscaping.com or call (612) 999-8067 and we will remove your records from our scheduling system, except where we are legally required to keep them.

We honor these requests from anyone who asks, regardless of what state you live in.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop marketing texts while still receiving messages about your service request, reply STOP MKT.

9. Children

Our services are for property owners and other adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date.
